Cremation Area
The Board of Trustees of the Acushnet Cemetery wishes to announce the opening of the cremation area in section "A."
The area is specifically designated for the burial of cremated remains and is being offered as a package which includes grave and double cremation burial vault.
Please contact the cemetery office for further details regarding prices.
- Grave size 3'x 2' with double cremation vault as package.
- Burial deed holder is responsible for cost of opening grave.
- Graves will be marked with stainless steel marker.
- Sections will be opened in groups of (5) five graves and new section will be opened upon sale of (4) fourth grave in prior sections. No Exceptions.
- The following restrictions must be adhered to:
- A. No flowers to be planted on graves.
- B. Granite markers to be installed by cemetery personnel, flush with dimensions to be no larger than (1) foot wide x (2) feet long. No Exceptions.
- Cemetery may decide to install a small flower garden and a bench at a later date for anyone who wishes to visit and reflect.
